2021 Camp Update: Inviting High Schoolers Back!

It’s been a while since we’ve posted, but we’re very excited to finally announce Camp Ortoha will be re-opening this summer for High School Week on August 1st! While this is fabulous news for our teenagers, we know our grade school and middle school campers will very disappointed to miss out on yet another year. However, based on current mandates, the board felt Ortoha couldn’t adequately meet safety protocols and restrictions for the younger age groups. Furthermore, the board encountered numerous obstacles when it came to filling annual staffing roles this year. Being able to open this wonderful ministry back up to high school students, though, is an incredible blessing and honor. We hope you will join us in praying for the high school students who will attend this year, and that God’s presence and power to be revealed.

High School camper sign-ups will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, as current mandates require only a 50% capacity. That means a total of 30 campers (15 boys and 15 girls) will be able to attend. We encourage you to print off your Registration Form and get it mailed in right away!

Our Speaker this year will be Pastor Shawn Neider, and he will be joined by Anna Ramsey and Kahlil Butler as Program Directors. Again, your prayers over the leaders would be greatly appreciated as they prepare and plan out the details.
